Move HR Benefits Administration to Online Platform

I think we should look at the benefits administration from enrollment/changes/declination and separation and find an application that is HIPPA complaint and allows users and HR to automate the entire process.

Benefits:
Currently benefits administration for HR is a paperbased, manual process with a lot of data entry and hand-holding for employees.

I'd see this rolling out within the next year prior to our next open enrollment period (2019). It would be an incremental change, seemless to employees and new hires with buy-in from the HR Department
