Laptops for employees

​During the PW Manager's Meeting the idea of having portable laptops (with docking stations) in lieu of desktops was favorably discussed. The benefit of being able to bring your workstation to conferences, meetings or while traveling appeals to many of the management staff. Instead of having two pieces of equipment with a surface pro and a desktop, they only have one.

Benefits:
The ease of being able to bring work with you to Council Meetings, conferences, or during travel makes managing workload simpiler for all.
Roll Out:
All Managers are assigned Laptops instead of DeskTops. Additional large monitors could still be utilized, and may be needed, for some management and can be coordinated at the time of transition or hiring.
